"In July of this year I was told by two orthopedic surgeons that I would need a knee replacement on my left knee and at some time in the future one for the right knee. I was also told to wait for as long as I could tolerate the pain. That did not seem like the most fun thing to do so I decided, with the help and guidance of those doctors and my chiropractor, to strengthen the muscles around the knee, including the gluteal muscles.
I had taken classes with Natalie and Lisa sporadically in the past, and when they moved into their new and fabulous studio, I decided to get serious and go on a regular basis. Since that diagnosis, my muscles have gotten stronger and my knee pain is substantially diminished. My chiropractor is thrilled at the improvement.

"I love the BarreFlow class at Barre Energy! It is a perfect addition to my regimen. I find it the toughest class in the Barre Energy repertoire - with a beginning 'Plank' sequence that completely kicks my booty, (arms, shoulders, thighs, core - but in a good way). Lisa and Natalie, are terrific! Wonderfully motivating - they keep you focused to get the best out of your body - without haranguing you - and still manage to keep the mood light and positive. I keep expecting to find class easier, but they continue to keep it different and challenging.
