Class Descriptions
B.E. Barre
Our traditional barre class is designed for all fitness levels & you will be encouraged to work at your own level! In each class we will work each muscle group to exhaustion, resulting in muscle stamina and endurance. Classes target the arms, abdominals, thighs and glutes, we use different props to continuously challenge our bodies and engage our minds. We Finish with full body stretching, to lengthen our muscles & relax our minds!
B.E. PowerBarre
Our Power Class is a full body workout in only 45 minutes. Just as B.E. barre, this class will push you to challenge both the body and mind while focusing on working each muscle group to fatigue, with full range movements & isometrics to really feel the shake and burn! Ending with deep stretching to calm the mind & body!
B.E. Barredio
Our Cardio Barre is a quick paced class that will get your heart rate up and the sweat flowing!
B.E. Barreflowtm
This class is designed to give the best of both our favorite yoga poses & barre moves, resulting in a full body, Challenging, workout, building both strength and length into each muscle group. The class format with consist of our B.E. barre class, bookended with challenging yoga stretches.
B.E. HIIT Pilates
This class is 50 minutes of fun! A High Intensity Interval Training-Barre and Pilates Style, bookended with deep stretching.
