In Studio Guidelines:

1. Due to limited spacing inside studio we ask that you please sign-up in advance to reserve your spot for in studio classes
All Classes can B.E. reserved & paid for on the MindBody app or MindBody.com

2. If unable to attend class, please cancel within 24hrs to not B.E. charged 

3. No shows will B.E. charged $20

4. Please leave cell phones in purses or car during class

5. Socks are required 

6. Please leave kids at home
